GT20 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide Use of the Malaysian Online Casino Platform

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and GT20 ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the GT20 platform at gt20.my, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

GT20 provides online entertainment services to users in Malaysia, including but not limited to slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League and EPL, and e-sports. All services are subject to the terms and conditions set out here.

This document takes effect from the date you register your GT20 account and remains in effect for as long as your account is active or until it is terminated in accordance with the provisions of these terms.

To register and use the GT20 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. GT20 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia at the time of using the GT20 platform.
• You are not on any self-exclusion or player ban list imposed by any relevant authority.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Malaysian law.
• You are not registering in the capacity of an agent or representative of any third party.

Each GT20 user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any refund of remaining balances.

When registering your GT20 account, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name as shown on your ID, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number.
• Updating your GT20 profile information should any of your registered personal details change.
• Not using a false identity, another person's username, or someone else's email address during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Keep your GT20 account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.

GT20 reserves the right to request additional document verification at any time — such as a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or bank statement — as part of the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

GT20 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

GT20 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the GT20 member. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be returned, and the account in question may be subject to further action.

All deposits on GT20 are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. GT20 does not accept or process deposits in any foreign currency.

GT20 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of receiving the application, subject to the required verification. Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same GT20 member's name.

Withdrawal conditions on GT20 are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The recipient account must be in the same name as the registered GT20 account. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If you have received a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus-related balance can be withdrawn.
• As a standard security measure, GT20 reserves the right to request identity document verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified amount.
• Players who win jackpots exceeding RM 50,000 may be subject to an additional verification process that can take up to 3 business days.

GT20 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for Malaysian members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotion. The general terms for GT20 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the respective promotion details.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every GT20 bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active on your GT20 account, the maximum bet per slot spin may be limited to RM 10 unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each GT20 member is eligible to claim each type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• Using automated software, bots, or any other technological means to play or manipulate games on GT20.
• Money laundering or using GT20 for illegal financial purposes in any form.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes in Live Casino or any other GT20 games.
• Abusing the GT20 bonus system in ways not intended by the relevant promotional programme, including bonus arbitrage (bonus arbing).
• Encouraging or assisting any person under the age of 18 to access or use the GT20 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your GT20 account. GT20 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your GT20 account — combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your GT20 account login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security on your GT20 account.
• Log out of your GT20 account after every gaming session, especially when using a shared device.

• GT20's maximum liability to any member for any claim is limited to the value of the most recent deposit made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these terms, however, limits GT20's liability for death or personal injury caused by GT20's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Malaysian law.

GT20 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any of the GT20 Terms & Conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the member in question is under 18 years of age.
• Fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity involving a GT20 account.
• Money laundering or using GT20 for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Requests from the relevant legal authorities.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

Members may also voluntarily request the closure of their GT20 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned once all applicable wagering requirements have been met and identity verification has been completed.

GT20 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
